Savannah, GA, October 25, 2026 —
The Savannah Leprechauns have conducted their first official open tryout, marking the inaugural event of its kind for the team, which is based in Savannah.
The available information does not specify when or where the tryout took place, how many people attended, or what activities were included. It also does not identify any participants, coaches or team representatives involved. No details were provided about the tryout’s results, including whether anyone was selected or whether the event will lead to further evaluations.
The team’s name and Savannah base are the only identifying details supplied. The information does not state what league or sport the Leprechauns are associated with, nor does it describe the team’s history, roster or plans. It is therefore unclear how the open tryout fits into the team’s broader activities.
Because this was described as the team’s inaugural official open tryout, it is the first event of that kind identified in the information provided. No explanation was given for why the team held it or what criteria were used to assess attendees. The names of organizers and the number of people who took part were also not provided.
Further details about the event, its outcome and any next steps were not included. The available account confirms that the tryout took place but does not establish whether it changed the team’s roster or resulted in additional opportunities for participants.
